All American Electric, Inc., hereafter named Seller; warranties that all labor and material provided by and installed by Seller will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from purchase or installation date.

We will replace and/or repair without delay or cost to the owner defective products and/or workmanship that meets the following conditions.

1. Seller must inspect merchandise and/or workmanship considered to be defective.
2. All Repairs and/or replacement of defective products and services must be repaired/replaced by Seller unless written consent is agreed upon in advance of any repairs or replacement. Without written consent, the warranty is void. Seller will not reimburse owner for replacement or repairs made for defective products and services that are completed by others.
3. Service calls for merchandise and/or workmanship determined not to be defective will be invoiced for labor, equipment and any material cost.

Limitation of Liability:
No warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose shall apply. Seller shall not in any event be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the product or any associated product, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of customers of the Purchaser for such damages. Defects caused in the direct result of misuse or abuse will not be warranted.

Seller shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or delays occasioned by fire, strikes, or material stolen after delivery upon premises, material shortages, disturbed labor conditions, inclement weather, floods, freight embargoes, causes incidental to national emergencies, war or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller, whether or like or different character, or other causes beyond his control. This warranty does not include the replacement of used light bulbs or the re-adjustment of lighting fixtures. All Generator Warranties Are “Limited To The Manufacturer Warranty Only.”
